Membership Policy

No Refunds After Payment Processing

Once your payment for membership has been successfully processed, refunds will not be issued. This applies to all membership levels and payment methods. Please review your purchase carefully before completing payment.

Membership Management Responsibility

You are solely responsible for managing your membership. This includes upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, or any changes to your account. Traders Helping Traders and its affiliated entities are not responsible for mismanagement or oversight regarding your membership.(It is reccomended to set your accout to cancel 48 hrs prior to avoid being charged.)

Limited Liability

Traders Helping Traders and related entities shall not be held liable for issues related to membership management, payment processing, or other administrative matters. All decisions regarding membership status are your responsibility.

Acknowledgment of Risks

Membership may involve financial, trading, or investment-related activities. You acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks and agree to participate at your own discretion. Traders Helping Traders does not provide financial or investment advice.

Dispute Policy

If you have a billing or account issue, please contact our support team so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a payment dispute with your bank should only be used as a last resort.

If a dispute or chargeback is opened for any reason, we reserve the right to:

  • Remove your access to all memberships, courses, and community channels
  • Cancel your active subscription
  • Deny future access to any Traders Helping Traders products or services

This policy protects our business, our community, and the integrity of our payment systems.
